Top spring nail trends for 2026
Soft pastels, chrome accents, and the return of the French — here's what's landing on nail beds this spring.

Spring 2026 is shaping up to be the most playful nail season in years. Here are the five looks our technicians are seeing most this month — and how to ask for them.
1. Whisper-pastel French tips
The classic French, but softer. Instead of bright white, we're painting tips in butter yellow, lilac, and mint. Works on everything from round to almond-shaped nails.
2. Chrome "glazed donut" finish
A single coat of chrome powder over a sheer nude creates that dreamy Hailey-Bieber glaze. Ask for it over builder gel to keep the shine strong for two full weeks.
3. Milky nudes with negative-space florals
Hand-painted florals look incredible over a milky base. Keep the blooms small and spread across two or three fingers — not every nail.
4. Sheer berry jelly
Think stained-glass berry tones. Slightly transparent, so you still see a hint of the natural nail underneath. A great transition look as the weather warms up.
5. The minimalist square
Short, squared-off, single color. That's it. When the color is the star, the shape gets out of the way.
