These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of bbnailshappyvalley.com (the "Site") and to appointments, gift cards, and services provided by BB Nails & Salon ("we," "us," or "our") at 16091 SE Happy Valley Town Center Dr, Happy Valley, OR 97086. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Appointments and booking

• Online booking is provided through our booking partner, Kavelle (kavellebooking.com). Bookings made there are also subject to Kavelle's terms.
• Please give accurate contact information so we can confirm or reschedule your appointment if needed.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service so the next guest is not delayed, or reschedule you. The full price of the booked service may still apply.
• Requests for a specific technician are honored whenever possible but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations and no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone at +1 503-658-8228 or through the booking system. Some services, packages, or group bookings may require a deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit any deposit and may require a deposit for future bookings. Any deposit or cancellation terms shown at the time of booking also apply.

Prices and payment

• Prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars and are provided for convenience. They may change without notice and may vary based on nail length, design complexity, add-ons, or the condition of your nails or skin. Your technician will let you know about any price change before starting.
• Payment is due when your service is complete.
• Gratuity is not included in service prices and is always at your discretion.
• Promotions and specials are subject to the terms stated in each offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

Service satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with a service, please let us know before you leave or within 3 days of your appointment and we will do our best to fix it at no charge. Fixes do not cover damage caused by everyday wear, accidents, or work done elsewhere. Because services cannot be returned, we generally do not offer cash refunds for completed services.

Health and safety

• Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or recent procedures that could affect your service, especially before microblading, lash extensions, waxing, or head spa treatments.
• For your health and that of other guests, we may decline or reschedule a service if you have a visible nail, skin, or scalp condition that could be contagious or make the service unsafe.
• Some services, including microblading, may require a signed consent form and have age requirements. Guests under 18 may need a parent or guardian present or written permission.
• Results vary from person to person. Please follow the aftercare instructions your technician gives you. We are not responsible for results affected by not following aftercare instructions.

Conduct

We want every guest and team member to feel safe and respected. We reserve the right to refuse or end a service for anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Gift cards

• Gift cards can be used for services and products at BB Nails & Salon.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• Please treat gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• Gift cards purchased online are also subject to our booking partner's terms.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos, and designs, belongs to BB Nails & Salon or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites such as our booking partner, Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep information such as services, prices, hours, and promotions accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Site is error-free or always available. Blog articles are for general information only and are not medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BB Nails & Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.
