BB Nails & Salon ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit bbnailshappyvalley.com (the "Site"), book a service, or visit our salon at 16091 SE Happy Valley Town Center Dr, Happy Valley, OR 97086, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact messages. Our contact form opens your own email app with your name, email address, and message pre-filled. We receive that information only if you choose to send the email. The Site itself does not store form submissions.
Appointment details. When you book, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, the services you choose, your preferred technician, and appointment history.
Health and service notes. For your safety, we may ask about allergies, sensitivities, skin or nail conditions, or medical considerations relevant to services such as microblading, lash extensions, waxing, or head spa. We use this only to provide services safely.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our booking and payment providers or at our in-salon point of sale. We do not store full card numbers on the Site.

Information collected automatically

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit for security and troubleshooting.
Browser storage. If you dismiss our promotional banner, we save a small note in your browser's local storage so the banner stays hidden. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on the Site.

Third-party services

Some features of the Site are provided by third parties, who have their own privacy policies:

Online booking and gift cards are provided by Kavelle (kavellebooking.com). Information you enter there is collected and processed by Kavelle under its own terms and privacy policy, and shared with us so we can manage your appointment.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google.
Maps on our contact page are served by Mapbox, and directions links open Google Maps.
Social media. Links to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to those platforms, which are governed by their own policies.

How we use your information

To schedule, confirm, remind you of, and provide your appointments
To respond to your questions and requests
To provide services safely and keep records of your service preferences
To process payments, gift cards, and refunds
To send promotional messages, only where you have opted in (you can opt out at any time)
To maintain the security of the Site and our salon

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only:

We may take photos of nail art, lashes, or other completed work to share in our gallery or on social media. We will ask before taking or posting any photo that identifies you. If you would like a photo of your work removed, contact us and we will take it down.
