What actually happens during a head spa
A quick tour of the Japanese-inspired head spa experience — from warm steam to the scalp massage that sends everyone to sleep.

Head spa is the single most requested treatment we've added in the last year. Here's what a typical 60-minute session looks like at our studio.
A calm setup
You'll lie back on a reclining chair in our quiet head-spa room — dim lights, warm towels, and a layered playlist. Your hair is gently brushed through to check for tangles before we begin.
Warm cleanse
We start with a double cleanse using a scalp-balancing shampoo, applied with a slow, deliberate massage. You'll feel the tension in your hairline melt by minute three.
Micro-mist steam
Next, a warm mist lifts product buildup from the scalp so the nourishing mask that follows can actually reach the skin.
The massage (this is the part people cry over)
Fifteen to twenty minutes of scalp, neck, shoulder, and temple work. It's the part most guests describe as "life-changing," and yes, most people fall asleep.
Finish & blow-dry
A soothing rinse, a light tonic, and a simple blow-dry finish. You leave with softer, lighter, noticeably calmer hair.
First-timer tip
Book a 75-minute session your first time. The extended massage is where the magic really settles in.
